The Jarrah Joint - Specializing in fine jarrah souvenirs and gifts, augmented with personalised laser engraving.
Ae Sushi - Authentic Japanese cuisine including sushi of all kinds.
Blue Juice Charters - Cater both day and extended live aboard Fishing Trips, Corporate Functions, Party Cruises, Weddings, Rottnest Island Day and extended live aboard trips and Abrolhos island trips.

COMING SOON - NATIONAL VETERAN CAR DISPLAY
As part of the National Veteran Vehicle One and Two Cylinder Tour being held in the Swan Valley in April 2010, these rare vehicles will be driving to Sorrento Quay on Tuesday, 13 April 2010.
The cars will be on display in the Southern car park from 11.30am to 2.30pm. 35 of the 45 vehicles entered are over 100 years old.

FLOATING FILM - 26 FEBRUARY 2010
Come to Hillarys Boat Harbour for the Free Floating Films event on the 26 February 2010.
At dusk, as the sun sets over the water, our gigantic floating screen lights up with a riveting animated film from the popular Asterix series.This wonderful family film features great gags and terrific animation.
Pre show entertainment will commence from 6.30pm with the film scheduled to begin approx 7.30pm.

Sorrento Quay Boardwalk's annual "Launch of Summer Fireworks Show" is on again. On the 28th November 2009 at 8.00pm the skies above Hillarys Boat Harbour will come alive with one of the biggest firework displays in Western Australia. Best of all the event is absolutely FREE.

STAGE 3 REDEVELOPMENT
We have received formal approval for the redevelopment of the ex-Breakwater Tavern Premises. The redevelopment will consist of some 14 new tenancies including malls, cafes, restaurants and speciality stores of which nearly 50% is leased.

BEACH UPGRADE
We are pleased to advise that the beach upgrade is coming to a close with the majority of the beach area and landscaping open for public use from 1 October 2009.
The upgrade consists of improved public amenities including BBQ's, new shade structures, mature trees for shade and a new events platform between the 2 beaches.

LANDSCAPE UPGRADE
The landscape works outside and around The Great Escape are part of an onging upgrade of the Harbour. Part of the upgrade includes new terraces and easy pedestrian access onto the beach area. In addition to this the centre groyne area which hosts the fun park during school holidays is being rebuilt.
It is expected that the works will be completed by the end of October 2009.
